We possess comprehensive capabilities in mold development, design, and manufacturing. We can design and produce for our clients a wide range of precision metal molds, injection molds, fixtures, and various mold components and parts. Our company is equipped with advanced precision mold-processing equipment and features a well-established management system. Before mold production begins, we conduct a thorough DFM (Design for Manufacturing) evaluation and engage in in-depth communication with our clients. Finally, we follow a rigorous workflow that includes trial molding, sample inspection, CPK verification, and final sample approval to ensure the highest quality of both molds and finished products.
Common mold materials include: Japan Daido / Sweden Sandvik SKD-61, DC-53, SKD-51, V1K1NG, 8407, ASP65 And, depending on the actual service environment and material properties, employ vacuum heat treatment or deep cryogenic treatment. The mold base standards are FUTABA and LKM.
We have several senior design engineers with extensive industry experience, who excel in the design and development of molds for injection-molded parts of various complex structures and high precision. Supported by our years of deep familiarity with the properties of specialized engineering plastics and aided by software tools such as mold flow analysis, we can transform customers’ brilliant ideas into tangible products through a rigorous mold-design process, enabling mass production.
