Yongli New Plastics (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer specializing in product development, mold making, parts processing, precision injection molding of special materials, and insert molding. Founded in April 1997, the company’s factory covers an area of 11,000 square meters. After years of dedicated effort, the company has achieved remarkable success in the fields of automotive connectors, medical devices, telecommunications, and sensors. Today, Yongli New Plastics has become a Tier-1 qualified supplier for clients including SAMTEC, TDK, SENSATA, BGI, MOLEX, and JX Communications. The company has also obtained IATF16949 and ISO9001 certifications.
The company currently has approximately 260 employees, including 30 R&D personnel and about 55 mold makers. In addition, the company is equipped with advanced machinery such as a Japanese SODICK slow-wire EDM machine, high-speed punching presses, high-speed electric motors from Japan’s FANUC, Taiwan’s Baishu vertical injection molding machines, and imported testing equipment from overseas—including an Agilent dielectric constant tester, a U.S.-made OGP optical image measuring instrument, and a Japanese Nikon projector—ensuring both production efficiency and quality standards.
